Our story starts with a problem the founder faced firsthand: Years ago, he was also a small business owner working in the US, but he was constantly stuck with packaging issues. When he wanted to customize a batch of exclusive boxes, suppliers would either demand "thousands of units as the minimum order" and reject small orders outright; or if they reluctantly accepted small orders, the price would be prohibitively high. What was even more frustrating was that even if he agreed to these terms, the delivery cycle would take weeks—often delaying product launches or order shipments.
Watching many peers around him struggle with the same packaging pain points, he suddenly thought: Why should small businesses have to put up with the "high minimum order quantity, high cost, and long lead time" dilemma for packaging? To solve this industry pain point, our brand was born.
